When a new daycare center was built, a photovoltaic system was installed on a green roof. The roof's potential was used as extensively as possible. The PV system was operated in combination with a storage system to ensure maximum self-sufficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
A photovoltaic system with battery storage was to be installed on the new daycare building, which was designed for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Technical Solution
The implementation is carried out in accordance with the specifications of the monument protection authority using photovoltaic modules in a full black design. A separate sub-distribution was installed in the attic for the inverters, which is already designed for a future expansion of the photovoltaic system. The inverters themselves were placed on a special shelter construction for flat roofs next to the ventilation system to minimize their visibility and ensure unobtrusive integration into the building architecture.
